Title: Intro-3

### Jhanvi's POV: I jolted awake, heart pounding in my chest as I tried to piece together my surroundings. The cold, damp air hit my skin, sending shivers through my body. I blinked rapidly, adjusting to the dim light. As my eyes focused, I realized I was tied to a chair in what looked like a deserted warehouse. The faint smell of rust and something acrid filled my nostrils. Panic surged within me, and I strained against the ropes binding my wrists.

“Hello? Is anyone there?” I called out, my voice trembling. The only response was the echo of my own voice bouncing off the cold concrete walls.

What had happened? The last thing I remembered was that man trying to attack me, and then… darkness.

Suddenly, the heavy metal door creaked open, and I squinted against the light that flooded in. A tall figure stepped inside, his silhouette framed against the doorway. When he moved into the light, I recognized him—Dhruv, the ruthless businessman I had heard whispers about on campus.

“Welcome back to the land of the living,” he said coldly, a smirk creeping onto his face. My stomach twisted at the sight of him.

“Why am I here? What do you want?” I demanded, trying to sound braver than I felt.

He stepped closer, studying me like I was a puzzle he was determined to solve. “You’re here because of a little mishap involving a certain tender. I need you to tell me who you were working with.”

“I don’t know anything about that!” I protested, shaking my head vehemently. “You’ve got the wrong person!”

He chuckled, the sound sending chills down my spine. “You really think you can play innocent? I don’t have time for games.”

I swallowed, trying to suppress the fear clawing at my insides. “Please, just let me go. I promise I won’t tell anyone. I don’t know anything about your business!”

Dhruv’s expression hardened, and he leaned closer, his voice low and menacing. “You have until tomorrow morning to tell me the truth. After that, you’ll wish you hadn’t crossed paths with me.”

With that, he turned on his heel and walked out, leaving me alone in the cold, dimly lit space. My mind raced. I needed to escape, but how? The ropes were tight, and I could hear the faint sound of footsteps echoing in the distance.

### Dhruv’s POV: I paced angrily in my office, the weight of my previous actions pressing heavily on me. I had hurt an innocent girl, and the realization gnawed at my conscience. I had always prided myself on being a man of my word, never hurting those who didn’t deserve it. Yet, here I was, trapped in a web of my own making.

“What are you going to do now?” Aditya asked, breaking me from my thoughts.

“I have to fix this,” I said, running a hand through my hair. “I need to find out who she is and why she was at that university.”

“What if she really doesn’t know anything?” he pressed, concern etched on his face.

“Then I’ll make her believe she does,” I replied grimly. “I can’t afford to let this slip through my fingers.”

As I turned to leave, my phone buzzed with a message. It was from Vivaan. “We need to talk. It’s urgent.”

“Make it quick,” I replied, heading out the door.

### Back to Jhanvi: I struggled against the ropes, desperation fueling my movements. I couldn’t stay here. I had to escape. Just then, I heard a faint noise—someone was approaching. The door creaked open again, and a different man entered. He looked familiar, but I couldn’t place him.

“What do you want?” I snapped, trying to sound defiant.

He looked taken aback for a moment, then stepped closer. “I’m not here to hurt you. I promise. Just… listen to me.”

“Why should I trust you?” I shot back, eyeing him warily.

“I know Dhruv. I can help you, but you need to cooperate,” he said urgently.

“Help me? How?”

“Just keep your head down. I’ll figure out a way to get you out of here. But first, you have to stay calm.”

I didn’t know whether to believe him or not, but I nodded slowly. “Okay… I’ll try.”

“Good. Just remember, you’re not alone in this,” he said, glancing over his shoulder as if expecting Dhruv to walk in at any moment.

As he stepped back into the shadows, I took a deep breath, a flicker of hope igniting within me. I may have been trapped, but I wasn’t defeated. I would find a way to escape this nightmare.

And little did I know, Dhruv wasn’t the only one with secrets to uncover.
